She is the author of CREOLE CONJURE and SHE IS A BEAST. Her fiction and nonfiction—often exploring gender\, sexuality\, fairy tales\, and the occult—has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize\, Best of the Net\, and Best Small Fictions.
